Mr. Feliks Evtushenkov graduated from A. S. Griboedov Institute of International Law and Economics with specialization in Jurisprudence. In 1999-2000 he was appointed as the Associate President of Sistema-Invest Company and the Chief Executive of Industry department in Sistema JSFC.

From 2000 till 2003, Feliks Evtushenkov was the Deputy CEO, the Head of Department of Strategy and Marketing of construction development company Sistema-Hals. He headed the company Sistema-Hals during 2003-2008 as CEO and during 2008-2009 he was Chairman of Board of Directors of Sistema-Hals.

From July 2008 till April 2011, he was the Vice-President of Sistema JSFC, Head of the Business unit - 'Consumer Assets'. Presently, Mr. Feliks Evtushenkov is the First Vice President, Head of Business unit - 'Core Assets' and member of Management Board of Sistema JSFC. He is also serving as Director on the Board of Directors of several companies.
