  • Mblaze Postpaid subscriber on enrollment of Rs 750 or above plan (subject to successful activation with positive verification) within scheme period is eligible to get sure shot gratification.
  • Mblaze Device price to consumer is Rs 999 under this consumer offer (Device price@999, on subscription of Rs 750 or above plan only)
  • This consumer promotion Offer is applicable to HSD (Mblaze) post-paid connections only - Pan Rajasthan  - all postpaid HSD towns (existing & new)
  • This is applicable for the subscribers of Rs 750 or above plan (current plans & plan to be launched in future within scheme period) only
  • Eligibility for customer will only be if the MBlaze post-paid connection got activated between 00:00hrs, 1st May 2011 to 24:00hrs, 31st Oct 2011 for MTS Rajasthan circle.
  • Commission structure  & claw back policy will be same as defined earlier for channel partners.
  • This offer is available for Individual / IOIP customers only. This is open for all postpaid HSD selling channel partners.
  • Sure shot gratification (4 GB USB drive) will be given to the subscriber with the purchase of Mblaze device  and during address verification by concerned MTS authority.
  • In case of unavailability of Free Data stick at the point of sales, customer will be asked to leave his/her postal address and data stick will be sent within 7 days of purchase of postpaid connection.
  • MTS employees are not eligible to participate in lucky dips.
  • Subscribers with 3 bills paid status will be eligible to enter in the lucky dip – both 3 months & 6 months. They should be active also at the time of lucky dip prizes disbursement.
  • Lucky winner Subscribers should be active at the time of lucky dip prizes disbursement.
  • Lucky dip –I winners will be announced in the month of Nov’11 & Lucky dip – II & Bumper Prize (Maruti Swift car) winners will be announced in the month of Feb’2012 ( on or after 15th Feb 2012).
  • Customer will be informed on the alternate number and e-mail.
  • Customer needs to collect the Prizes from respective zonal offices MTS office in Rajasthan.
  • Bumber prize – Swift car will be disbursed from COO office, MTS Rajasthan circle, Jaipur.
