Whenever an incoming call is made it automatically gets transferred to a free line. So you only need to circulate the pilot number. However, individual phones will keep functioning independently also.

Call Waiting

Call Waiting alerts you of incoming calls when you are already busy on another call (Incoming or Outgoing). So if someone else tries to call you while you are already talking, you will hear an audible beep tone to notify the same to you.
