- To locate an MTS Retailer call us at 9136-155-155
(Don’t forget to bring all the documents mentioned above)
Step 4: Fill in the Consumer Application Form (CAF)
Step 5: Consider Recharge Options
Your SIM will contain a certain minimum talktime, so you may wish to purchase a Recharge Voucher to top-up your balance:
